Sandton City Atrium on 5th, on 5th Street in the heart of the Sandton CBD, forms part of the landmark Sandton City complex. It has a Four Star Green Star SA certification from the Green Building Council South Africa following a major redevelopment which has made it one of the most eye catching buildings on the Sandton skyline.
With the retrofit, 90% of the original building structure was reused and other innovative green design elements were incorporated to ensure the building is environmentally sustainable. A 10 storey building, it has 2 300m² floor plates suitable for single and multi-tenants.
